One of my roles in the art world is being the Chair person of an organisation called COSSAG (Cathedral of St Stephen Art Group) based in Brisbane.
We put on 4 events a year. The one that has just finished was our annual winter exhibition and art awards. This years theme was The Good Samaritan.
It was a wonderful and meaningful exhibition of 48 finalist pieces set in the precinct of the Cathedral. The event only goes for 4 days. This year the artists produced such quality works that it was very difficult for the judging panel to make their selection.
Next on the horizon for me …. choosing my work to be exhibited in Milan in September!
